Order Fulfillment

In our B2C Direct model, individual customer orders from online marketplaces are booked directly with LMD. Shipments are consolidated and cleared through customs as a full load. Products are then routed to customers from the arrival DC. The B2Corders in consolidated quantities are sent to regional Warehouse facility for sorting and redistribution by assigning to the appointed LMD partners. Thus, bulk import model provides economies of scale.
